汶川大地震气性坏疽伤员救治分析

摘要
目的总结和分析汶川大地震中气性坏疽伤员的救治经验。方法回顾性分析5.12汶川大地震后我院救治的20例气性坏疽伤员的临床资料。结果20例气性坏疽经治疗后均痊愈出院。结论提高对地震伤中气性坏疽伤员的发病原因及病程转归特点的认识,采取综合治疗使患者避免死亡,提高生存率。
Objective To summarize and analysis the experience of treatment for gas gangrene in Wenchuan earthquake.Methods After 5·12 Wenchuan earthquake,clinical data of 20 cases of gas gangrene treated in our hospital were analyzied retrospectively.Results All the gas gangrene patients were recovered.Conclusion It is necessary to raise awareness about the pathogenesis and prognosis of gas gangrene in earthquakes.Combined therapy is suggested to avoid death and increase the survival rate of wounded
