“5.12”地震后初期绵阳市饮用水卫生情况分析

摘要
目的了解绵阳市饮用水水质在"5.12"地震后所受影响,为灾后政府制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法采集5月17日至5月31日绵阳市区及受灾严重的北川、平武、安县、江油、游仙和涪城区的饮用水进行检测分析。结果共采集水样472份,总合格率为42.58%,绵阳城区的合格率(96.36%)高于各个受灾区县,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。不同类型饮用水中,水源水合格率最低(19.15%),分散式供水次之(44.74%),出厂水(53.95%)和末梢水(60.82%)的合格率稍好。菌落总数、总大肠菌群、余氯和肉眼可见物在单项指标合格率中最低,均低于80%。至5月底灾区饮用水合格率逐步回升,出现好转迹象。结论绵阳灾区饮用水水质震后初期受到较大影响,各项指标的合格率均较低。地震后科学及时有效地采取相应对策和措施,对保障灾区人民饮水安全有重要意义。
Objective To understand the drinking water sanitary condition in the initial stage after 5.12 earthquake in Mianyang and provide scientific measures for the government after disaster.Methods The drinking water was continuous collected and monitored in Mianyang urban field and Beichuan,Pingwu,Anxian,Jiangyou,Fucheng and Youxian county which were suffered serious in this earthquake from May 17th to 31th.Results 472 water samples were collected;the total qualification rate was 42.58%.The qualification rate of Mianyang urban field was obviously higher than each quake-hit county (P<0.001).The qualification rates of source water (19.15%) and separate supply water (44.74%) were lower than the out-factory water (53.95%) and distal water (60.82%).The qualification rates of total numbers of colony,total coliform group,residual chlorine and visible suspended material were all less than 80.00%,they were lower than other single unqualified items.The drinking water qualification rate rose until end of May,it showed signs of improvement.Conclusions The water quality of Mianyang drinking water was suffered obviously in the initial stage after earthquake,the qualification of all examined items was very low.Some scientific,effective and timely measures and strategies should be take to guarantee the drinking water safety for people.
