广元市地震灾区乡级接种点儿童预防接种信息化实施效果评估

摘要
目的:评价广元市4个地震灾区县乡级接种点儿童预防接种信息管理系统(CIIMS)实施效果。方法:通过问卷调查、现场技能测试、查询信息管理系统和利用客户端督导工具等方式进行评估。结果:4个地震灾区县142个乡级接种点全部完成CIIMS的建设,覆盖率达100%,60%以上工作人员具备10项CI-IMS客户端软件操作技能,2005年后出生儿童预防接种个案信息平均录入率90%以上,但及时性和完整性不足25%。结论:广元市地震灾区实现了100%的乡级接种点完成CIIMS建设目标,但发展不平衡,主要存在工作人员技能水平低下,工作责任心不强,系统运行后续保障不足,需进一步加强人员培训和技术指导,加大系统维护保障力度和完善系统建设。
Objective:To assess the implementation effect on childhood immunization information management system(CIIMS)of village-grade vaccination unit in 4 counties in Guangyuan.Methods:To assess through questionnaire survey,skills test,checking information management system and toolkit of supervision of immunization unit client.Results:The CIIMS construction was completed in 142 village-grade vaccination clinics and the coverage reached 100%.More than 60% staffs have 10 operating skills of client software,average entry rate of vaccination case information reached 90%,but the timeliness and completeness was less than 25%.Conclusions:The CIIMS construction reached the expected goal in quake-hit areas in Guangyuan,however,the development was unbalanced.And the primary problems were low level of staff's skills,lack of responsibility and short of follow-up system operating expenses.So more investment,staff training and technical guidance are needed to maintain and improve the system construction.
