体育心理调控方法在5.12地震灾区心理重建中的运用研究

摘要
地震灾害给灾区人民的心理造成巨大创伤,通过了解灾区心理创伤者的心理特点,针对灾区心理患者不同群体特点,结合体育心理调控的功能和作用,尝试构建体育心理调控模式,提出体育心理调控的4种具体方法和运用注意事项,以达到缓解灾区不同群体心理压力和治愈他们的心理创伤的目的。
The enormous psychological trauma is brought by Earthquake disaster to the people that are in the earthquake disaster area.By investigating the people who are in the disaster area and the psychological characteristic of psychology,study on the different groups of patients psychological characteristic,combination sports mental control function and role,try to build the sports psychology control model.This paper puts forward the sports psychology regulation of four specific methods and the use notice,in order to alleviate psychological pressure and cure them to get the purpose of psychological trauma.
