北川县2009年地震遗址蚊现状调查

摘要
目的了解北川县地震遗址蚊的种类和密度,为预防和控制媒介生物相关疾病的发生和流行提供依据。方法按照《全国病媒生物监测方案》和《绵阳市北川县地震后三年病媒生物消长趋势研究实施方案》,选取北川老县城(地震遗址)为监测点,以诱蚊灯法调查蚊的种类和密度。结果本次调查发现北川老县城有蚊虫2亚科3属4种,主要优势种为致倦库蚊(49.19%),其次为中华按蚊(占29.84%),蚊类总体密度为0.17只/min。结论初步了解北川县蚊存在的现状,为今后的防治工作打下基础。
OBJECTIVE To learn mosquito species and its density in Beichuan county,and provide the evidence for the prevention and control of vector-borne diseases.METHODS The surveillance sites were set up according to the surveillance project of the vector in the whole country and the three years surveillance plan in Beichuan county after earthquake.Anchang town,Leigu town and Beichuan old town had been selected as monitoring points,and the densities of mosquito were investigated by the methods of mosquito lamp.RESULTS There were 4 species,3 genus and 2 subfamilies mosquitoes in Beichuan county.Of which,Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species,accounting for 49.19%,following with Anopheles sinensis(29.84%).The density of mosquitoes was 0.17 per minute.CONCLUSION We primary investigated the situation of mosquito in Beichuan county,and lay the prevention and treatment foundation for the future.
