物探地震队工人饮食营养现状与建议

摘要
物探地震队工人由于职业的特殊性,工作、生活环境较为艰苦,饮食工作一直存在着缺乏科学指导、监督和管理,饮食营养搭配不合理,烹调制作不当等问题。为了改善物探地震队工人饮食营养状况,应配备专业营养师;根据野外作业工人所处的环境,制定合理实用的食谱,按计划采购原材料。同时,改变烹调方法与配送模式,加强食品安全教育。
Because of the nature of the profession,the working staff of geophysical prospecting lives in harsh working and living conditions.Their diets,which lack balanced nutrition and proper cooking methods,are in need of scientific guide and management.In order to improve their nutrition,dietitians should be staffed to work out practical yet proper diet in field working environment.Raw materials purchase should be well-planned and meanwhile,it is necessary to adjust cooking and delivering methods.After all,food safety should never be neglected.
