地震挤压综合征致急性肾功能衰竭临床分析

摘要
目的:探讨地震挤压综合征致急性肾功能衰竭患者的早期救治和院内治疗,为以后此类患者的救治提供经验。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的11例在玉树地震中因挤压综合征致急性肾功能衰竭患者的病情特点、早期救援和转入院后的诊治情况。结果:随访1～3月,11例患者肾功能指标均恢复至正常水平。结论:地震挤压综合征所致急性肾功能衰竭易合并多器官功能障碍,在救治过程中要给予积极的对症支持和肾脏替代治疗,彻底清创和有效的感染控制有利于肾功能的快速恢复。
Objective:To explore the early rescue and in-patient treatment of acute renal failure(ARF) induced by crush syndrome(CS) after Yushu earthquake and summarize the experience.Methods: The history of 11 patients diagnosed as ARF related to the crush syndrome in Yushu earthquake were studied.The information of the clinical presentations,early rescuing,diagnosis and treatment was analyzed.Results: Within 1 to 3 months follow-up,the renal function indications were restored to normal level in all patients.Conclusion: ARF induced by crush syndrome can be easily lead to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Heteropathy and renal replacement therapy were frequently used.Thorough debridement and infection control were beneficial to renal function recovery.
