地震灾害早期伤病谱分析及医疗救援适宜技术研究

摘要
目的:分析地震早期伤病谱特点,在此基础上运用科学方法筛选确定医疗队适宜技术。方法:应用《创伤数据库系统V3.0》对德阳二院及我院收治的共1 800例伤病员进行简明创伤量表评分(Abbreviated injury score,AIS),分析地震早期伤员的伤病特点;建立适宜技术评价指标体系,包括3个Ⅰ级指标及8个Ⅱ级指标,并确定相应的筛选标准,由15位专家对30种应急医疗技术进行评分。结果:确定了包括紧急气管切开、包扎止血等在内的地震早期医疗队的22种适宜技术。结论:适宜技术有助于医疗队在地震早期合理配置医疗救援力量,科学确定救治范围,提高救治效率和效果。
Objective:To analyze the characteristic of invaliding spectrum and determine the appropriate technology of medical corps in the early period after earthquakes with scientific methods.Methods:To apply the trauma database system V3.0 to indentify AIS of 1 800 early wounded cases and analyze the characteristic of them.The assessment index system of appropriate technology,including 8 Ⅱ-grade index belonging to 3 Ⅰ-grade index,and the screening standard has been established.The total of 30 emergency technology were scored by 15 specialists.Results:A total of 22 appropriate technology were determined,including incision of tracheal,packing,stop bleeding,ect.Conclusion:The appropriate technology benefits medical corps to deploy the rescue power and decide the remedy scope reasonably during the early period after earthquake,and the efficiency and effect of remedy can be raised.
