地震灾区儿童预防接种信息化建设项目地区预防接种单位客户端数据准确性分析

摘要
目的评价卫生部/联合国儿童基金会地震灾区儿童预防接种信息化建设项目地区预防接种单位客户端数据的准确性,探索利用督导工具评价预防接种单位客户端数据的质量。方法采用二阶段随机抽样,在选取县级单位的基础上,每个县按东、南、西、北、中分片抽取5个乡级预防接种报告单位,每个乡级预防接种报告单位抽取10名儿童的预防接种卡,利用督导工具"数据质量"模块与客户端数据进行比对,并由督导工具输出评价结果。结果共对450名儿童的预防接种记录进行了核查,所有预防接种记录均一致的222人,占49.33%。在核查的7561个接种剂次中,91.35%能完全匹配。不同年份出生儿童的预防接种信息匹配程度存在差异,以2010年出生儿童的匹配率最高。预防接种卡与数据库中预防接种记录不匹配的原因,主要是接种日期不匹配,占4.87%;预防接种卡信息未录入计算机,占2.71%;数据库中有记录,而预防接种卡无记录的占1.07%。结论利用督导工具评价预防接种单位客户端数据准确性的方法是可行的,地震灾区儿童预防接种信息化建设项目地区预防接种单位客户端数据质量有待改善。
Objective To explore supervision tool for evaluating the accuracy of data from immunization unit clients in the project area in China. Methods Random selected ten immunization cards in each unit and five township level units in each county. To evaluate the quality of the immunization records which in report client and toolkit for supervisor. Results We examined the immunization records of 450 children, in which the record of 222 children (49.33%) were matched. In the total of 7561 doses of inoculation, 91.35% was perfectly matched. There was difference on the degree of match by the years of birth, while the highest matching degree was in the children born in the year of 2010. The main reason of unmatched were incorrect date (4.87%), not input information into the computer (2.71%) and records in computer but not record in the immunization cards (1.07%). Conclusion It is feasible to evaluate the accuracy of data from immunization unit clients with the toolkit for supervisor. The data quality of immunization information project of the earthquake zone areas in China should be improved.
