北川县地震后院前急救疾病谱的流行病学研究

摘要
目的探讨北川县地震后院前急救患者的流行病学特点。方法对2010年10月1日至2012年10月31日北川县人民医院院前急救接诊的患者性别、年龄、出诊时间、诊断等项目进行调查。结果三年中,院前急救系统救治患者人数稳定增长,总计1281例,男女比例分别为62.71%和37.29%,年龄(41.79±18.41)岁。院前急救前4大类疾病依次是心脑血管疾病(26.13%)、创伤(16.72%)、急性中毒(10.69%)、急腹症(5.92%)。急救呼叫服务时间主要分布在9～21时。院前救治成功率平均为95.65%,并呈逐年递增趋势。结论新北川县医院具备了良好的院前急救能力,可为建立县级急诊医疗服务体系和提高院前急救质量与管理水平提供科学依据。
Objective Aim of the study is to epidemiologically analyze the disease spectrum of pre-hospital emergency patients in the new Beichuan after Wenchuan Earthquake.Methods Data of pre-hospital emergency patients during October 1,2010 to October 31,2012 in Beichuan County People's Hospital were analyzed.Results The number of patients treated by the pre-hospital emergency system increased stably during the three years.There were a total of 1281 cases with 62.7% of male and 37.29% of female.The mean age was 41.79 ±18.41 years old.The top four diseases of the per-hospital emergency were cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease(26.13%),trauma(16.72%),acute poisoning(10.69%) and acute abdomen(5.92%).The emergency calling occurred mainly from 9 am to 21 pm.And the average ratio of successful treatment was 95.65%,and the trend was increasing year by year.Conclusion The results of this research show the new Beichuan County People's Hospital has a complete pre-hospital emergency capacity after the Wenchuan Earthquake.It can provide scientific medical evidence for establishing the county emergency medical service system and promote the levels of pre-hospital emergency management and quality.
