地震灾区医务人员心理健康水平及其与应对方式的相关性

摘要
目的:调查汶川地震2年后灾区医务人员心理健康水平及其与应对方式的相关性。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ),对四川绵阳市游仙区175名医务工作者(研究组)进行调查,并与安徽省合肥市社区144名医务工作者(对照组)作比较。结果:与对照组相比,研究组SCL-90总分、躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性因子分均增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。相关分析显示,灾区医务人员SCSQ消极应对分与SCL-90总分(r=0.357,P<0.01)及各因子分(P<0.05~0.01)呈正相关;积极应对分与SCL-90总分各项因子分呈正相关(P<0.05~0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论:地震灾区医务人员的心理健康水平较非灾区医务人员低,不同的应对方式可能会进一步影响应激者的心理健康水平。
Objective:To explore the relationship between mental health state and coping styles of the medical workers in wenchuan earthquake disaster after two anniversary.Method:A total of 175 medical workers(study gruoup) from Mianyang city who experence the eartthquake of Sichun and 144 medical workers(control group) from Hefei city of Anhui were surveyed using Symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) and Simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ).Result: Compared the control group,study group showed a significantly higher total score and the subscores in somatimization et al.No diference were fond on the scores of negative and positive coping style in SCSQ between the tow groups.Conclusion: analysis showed a positive correlation between the scores of negative coping style in SCSQ and the scores of SCL-90(P<0.05~0.01),and also a positive correlation betwwen the score of positive coping style in SCSQ and the scores of SCL-90(P<0.05~0.01)in study group.Conclusion: study group in earthquake disaster areas are lower than control group,and the kind of coping style has a further affect on the mental health state.
