卫生部/联合国儿童基金会加强地震灾区儿童预防接种信息化建设项目基线调查

摘要
目的了解卫生部/联合国儿童基金会加强地震灾区儿童预防接种信息化建设(以下简称"地震灾区信息化")项目地区,儿童预防接种信息管理系统建设工作现状,保障地震灾区信息化项目的顺利开展。方法对地震灾区3个省13个设区的市(地区、州,下同)36个县(区、市,下同)疾病预防控制中心和预防接种报告单位工作人员、计算机软硬件信息、网络等基本信息进行普查,按照规定表格要求逐项填写。结果调查的36个县中,有26.12%(245/938)的乡(镇、街道、社区,下同)级预防接种报告单位实施了儿童预防接种信息化,收集了110930接种个案,17.51%(110930/633493)的<6岁儿童纳入了信息化管理。市、县级计算机覆盖率>80%,在调查的938个乡级预防接种报告单位中,43.28%有计算机,20.58%(193/938)的单位计算机主频、内存、上网方式和杀病毒软件均符合要求。市、县级专业人员计算机打字和QQ软件使用水平均较高,乡级预防接种报告单位中计算机中级和初级水平的分别占34.13%和40.56%,19.96%不会操作。市、县、乡级工作人员儿童预防接种信息化管理知识调查市、县级得分最高,有35.91%的乡级预防接种报告单位工作人员得分不及格。结论在地震灾区实施儿童预防接种信息化,需要增加硬软件投入,加强人员培训。
Objective To understand the status of childhood immunization information management system (CIIMS) in project areas. Methods 36 counties in 13 cities of three provinces were investigated by questionnaire which included the condition of staff, information of computer and network equipment, etc. Result 26.12% of the repored unit (245/938)in township implemented the CIIMS with 110,930 cases and 17.51% of the children under six years old were included in the system. The coverage rate of computer is higher than 80% both in municipal and county level. 43.28% of the reporting unit in township had computers, only 20.58% met the requirements. The skill of CIIMS management was higher for the staff in municipal and county level than in township level. Conclusion To implement the CIIMS in earthquake areas, we have to increase the input and strengthen the training.
