5·12汶川地震灾区学龄儿童七情与心理行为现状的调查与分析

摘要
目的:对灾后学龄儿童的心理现状水平进行研究。方法:采用中医心理的"七情状态背景量表"和儿童行为量表作为测量工具,对143名学龄儿童的七情与心理行为进行测评。结果:大多数学龄儿童的七情与心理行为现状良好。学龄儿童正性情绪"喜"的平均分高于负性情绪的平均分。女童在"惊"、"恐"这两种情绪上的平均分明显高于男童。结论:①地震两年后,学龄儿童的心理危机感已大大减弱。这主要与强大的社会支持系统参与灾后重建有关。②中医心理干预可以全面、系统地调节儿童心理,对灾后儿童心理援助具有建设性的意义。
Objective Survey about emotion related to behavior and psychology of children from wenchuan earthquake disaster area. Methods With the"Emotion Background Questionnaire" and"CBCL", the study tests 143 school-aged children about psychological health status after the earthquake. Result The average of positive moods on joy is higher than six negative emotions. The amount of girls is more than boy on fear and fright. Most of children’s seven emotions and psychological health status are good. Conclusion ①two years after the earthquake, school-aged children’s psychological crisis has significantly reduced. The most important reason is likely to be involved by powerful social support system.② When the TCM psychology intervenes, it needs to focus on children’s psychological differences about different sex and age and guide and help in special.
