损伤严重评分在“4.20”芦山地震伤员救治中的应用探讨

摘要

目的探讨(损伤严重评分injury severity score ISS)在地震等大型灾害医疗救援中对伤员检诊作用,提高大型灾害医疗应急救援能力。方法回顾总结绵阳市中心医院医疗救援队在"4.20"芦山地震伤员救治中对伤员进行ISS检诊、救治、转运的实际情况。结果 2013-04-20/05-14期间医疗救援队协同雅安市人民医院检诊、巡诊伤员2 630人,诊治伤员510人,分流转运伤员170人次,入院治疗201人,入院处置后转院83人,手术120台,期间未发生任何医疗差错,保障了伤员救治工作的顺利进行。结论在大型灾害医疗救援中,以ISS进行检伤对保障伤员迅速、合理救治非常有效。
Objective To explore the effect of triaging by using ISS( injury severity score) to rescue the wounded in Lushan earthquake. Methods The date of triage based on ISS,rescue and transfer mainly accomplished by Central Hospital of Mianyang in the earthquake were retrospectively analyzed. Results During 20 April to 14 May in 2013,a total of2 630 wounded were triaged,of which 510 were treated,170 transferred and 201 were hospitalized. Among those hospitalized,83 were treated and were further transferred to another hospital; 120 cases were underwent a surgery. The rescue went on smoothly during the period with no malpraxis occurred. Conclusion It is effective and rapid to use ISS to triager the wounded in large-scale disaster.
