246例玉树地震伤员伤情分析和救治总结

摘要
目的对青海大学附属医院收治的246例玉树地震伤病员创伤的伤情和救治特点进行总结,为今后地震灾害的医学救治提供参考。方法整理青海大学附属医院从震后当天到震后20d救治的246例玉树地震伤病员的临床资料,对伤员一般情况、具体伤情及救治特点进行分析。结果 246例患者中,男133例(54.1%),女113例(45.9%);藏族177例(72.0%),汉族59例(24.0%),回族8例(3.3%),其他少数民族2(0.8%);80岁以上和10岁以下伤病员17例(7.7%);震后3d内入院174例(70.7%);外伤/伤口类患者239例(97.2%),涉及骨科治疗147例(59.8%)。所有患者的创面及手术切口均愈合,骨折复位固定满意。未发生1例院内截肢和气性坏疽。结论玉树地震伤病员转送困难,多为飞机转送;数量大,住院时间集中,多为藏族;青壮年多,重伤及复合伤患者多,大部分患者涉及骨科处理。
Objective To analyze 246 traumatic cases suffered from Yushu earthquake admitted in Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital and summarize the treatment characteristic for providing reference for future earthquake medical treatment. Methods Sorted clinical data of the traumatic cases admitted in Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital from the day after the earthquake to 20 days after the earthquake in Yushu,and analyzed general information,concrete trauma type and treatment characteristics. Results Among 246 traumatic cases,including 133 cases male ( 54. 1% ) ,113 cases female ( 45. 9% ) ,177 cases Tibetan ( 72. 0% ) ,59 cases Han Chinese ( 24. 0% ) ,8 cases Muslim ( 3. 3% ) ,2 other minorities ( 0. 8%) ,17 cases greater than 80 years old and less than 10 years old ( 7. 7%) ,174 cases were admitted in hospital within 3 days after earthquake ( 70. 7% ) ,239 cases were injured ( 97. 2% ) ,147 cases involved orthopedic treatment ( 59. 8% ) . All cases' wounds and surgical incisions were healed and fracture fixations were satisfied. None of them developed gas gangrene and amputation. Conclusions It was difficult to transfer the patients suffered from Yushu earthquake,most of them were transferred by aircraft; there were large number of traumatic cases; hospitalization time were centralized,most of them were Tibetans and young adults; there were much more patients with multiple injuries and multiple injuries and most of the theminvolved in orthopedic treatment.
