“4.20”芦山地震德阳地区地震伤员医疗救治分析

摘要
目的分析"4.20"芦山地震中德阳地区地震伤员的伤情特点和救治过程,探讨灾难救援中应急预案应用和防范地震伤害的措施。方法收集了本院在2013年4月20~23日收治的25例地震伤员资料,分析他们各部位伤发生率和各年龄组受伤情况,回顾早期救治分类和救治方法。结果 25例伤员中,皮肤软组织损伤多于其他部位损伤(P<0.05);单个部位伤明显多于多部位伤(P<0.05)。伤员发生在在震后第1天最多;20~45岁年龄组伤员明显多于其他年龄组(P<0.05)。结论科学的急救指挥体系和灾害应急预案在灾害救援中发挥了高效的指挥作用,缩短了应急反应时间,提升了灾害应急救援能力。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of the wounded in Lushan earthquake and the effect of remedy,and to explore the role of emergency preplans and prevention.Methods The data of 25 wounded from Deyang hospital from April 20 to 23,2013 were collected to analyze the injury parts and kinds,and review the classification and remedy methods.Results Of the 25 patients,the incidence of soft tissue injury was higher than other kinds(P<0.05),and patients with single trauma was significantly more than that with multiple trauma(P<0.05).The wounded mainly occurred in the first day,and mainly in the 20 to 45 years old group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scientific emergency command system and preplan play an important role in disaster rescue,which shortens the emergency response time and enhances the rescue ability.Strengthening education of emergency preplans and cooperation drill to people are very important to improve the comprehensive capacity of self-help and disaster rescue.
