鲁甸地震中开放性骨折21例

摘要
回顾鲁甸地震中治疗21例开放性骨折患者的临床资料,分析地震致骨折患者的伤情,总结救治经验,并探讨地震开放性骨折患者的治疗方法与处理原则。经相应外科处理后,21例骨科患者25处开放性创面全部愈合,骨折均获得良好复位,表明适当的外科处理可以加速创面愈合,及早恢复肢体功能。
This paper reviewed the clinical data of treating 21 cases patients with open fracture in Ludian earthquake,analyzed the fracture conditions of earthquake casualties,and summarized the therapeutic experiences and discussed the therapeutic methods and treatment principles of patients with open fracture in earthquake. Through corresponding surgical treatment,25 open wounds of 21 patients with fracture had completely healed and the fracture fixed well,indicating appropriate surgical treatment may accelerate the healing of wounds and the recovery of limb function.
