煤矿地震勘探用潜孔钻机远控系统设计

摘要
针对煤矿区地震勘探钻孔施工特点,以现有全液压控制潜孔钻机为基础,开发了钻机远程控制系统。该系统包括液压控制系统、电气控制系统和基于CAN通信协议的传输模块,具有控制距离远、速度控制精度高的特点。经过实验室调试和现场应用,验证了远控系统的设计合理性、可靠性以及使用的便捷性,为矿区地震勘探提供了一种新型钻孔装备。
According to the characteristics of coal mine in seismic exploration, a remote control system is developed on the basis of the existing hydraulic control DTH drill. The system includes the hydraulic control system, electric control system and transmission module based on CAN communication protocol,control distance, speed control the characteristics of high precision. It is verified through laboratory debugging and field application that the rationality of the design of remote control system. The system is reliable and easily to be used for seismic exploration in coal mine area. It is new drilling equipment for seismic exploration.
