MEMS加速度传感器开发及在地球物理勘探中的应用

摘要
以MEMS加速度传感器为基础的新型地震检波器大幅度提高了地震检波器的各项性能指标。采用国产MEMS加速度传感器,试验性地将其应用于地球物理勘探。设计和制作了进行室内测试的专用振动台及测试软件,建立了一套测试和分析其性能和各项技术指标的方法,并在野外与传统检波器进行了实际生产对比试验,结果表明国产MEMS加速度传感器在石油勘探中具有广阔的应用前景。
MEMS-based acceleration sensors greatly improve the performances of seismic geophones. With proprietary micro-electromechanical system, we developed MEMS-based acceleration sensor and applied it to pilot geophysical exploration. Special indoor vibration platform and software were designed and developed. A suite of methods was developed to test and analyze the performances of MEMS-based acceleration sensors.The MEMS-based acceleration sensors have been put into pilot test and were compared with traditional geophones.
