钻井录井信息与随钻测量信息的集成和发展

摘要
钻完井工程是一项复杂且高风险、高投资的系统工程.钻完井工程可产出大量信息.实现录井信息化、网络化和集成是保障安全、优质、低成本钻完井的重要前提。在系统介绍录井信息主要类别的基础上,综述了随钻测量技术现状。归纳了钻井液脉冲随钻测量、传输技术(mud-MWD)的优缺点.分别就随钻测斜、随钻测井、随钻测压、随钻核磁共振成像测井、随钻地震与随钻垂直地震测井和随钻声波测井、随钻旋转导向和随钻地质导向等几种随钻信息采集、处理、控制和应用技术予以阐述.分析了mud-MWD既是在用的主要服务技术又是制约钻井随钻闭环测控技术发展的瓶颈。并为推荐基于电子钻柱的智能随钻集成技术与智能钻井,介绍了智能钻井的基本理论、基本技术、作用与技术关键及难点。
Drilling & completion engineering is a systematic engi- neering of high risk and investment.Drilling & completion engineering can generate a huge amount of information, mud logging and informatization technique are the necessary conditions for safety,quality and low cost drilling & com- pletion well.On the basis of systematically introducing main mud logging information classification,the paper sum- marized current MWD situation,induced relative merits of drilling fluid pulse mud-MWD,set forth information acqui- sition,processing,control and application for a few tech- niques while drilling,such as inclination survey while drill- ing,LWD,pressure survey while drilling,nuclear magnetic resonance imaging logging while drilling,seism and vertical seismic logging while drilling,acoustilog while drilling,ro- tary guidance while drilling and geosteering while drilling etc.,and analyzed mud-MWD was not only the main availa- ble service technique,but also was a bottleneck for restric- ting closed loop control technique while drilling.It recom- mended intelligent integration technique while drilling and intelligent drilling based on electric drill string and intro- duced intelligent drilling basic theory,techniques,func- tions,technical key and difficulties.
