遥控爆炸机校准系统

摘要
近年来,随着地震勘探技术的发展,各方对野外采集的资料质量要求越来越高,尤其是对遥控爆炸机TB延迟时间、启爆能量及残余电压等质量监督都提出了严格要求。本文通过以AT91RM9200工业级嵌入式微处理器为核心的高速数据采集与高精度计时系统,对遥控爆炸机特性参数进行测试分析,确保测试数据的准确性。这种校准系统通过参数溯源到国家基准进行量值传递,能最大限度地满足目前地震勘探中常用遥控爆炸机的生产测试和过程控制要求。
In recent years,with the development of field exploration techniques,requirements for the data quality are gradually increased too,especially for the blaster system. Acorrding to quality supervision on the TB delay time,detonation energy and residual voltage etc,more strict requirements have been put forward. This paper introduces a kind of high-speed data acquisition and high-precision timing system embedded AT91RM9200 industrial microprocessor as core,which can analyse parameters of blaster system and ensure the accuracy of testing data. This calibration system can meet the current requirements well about the commonly used blaster system in its testing and production controling.
