中国录井业务现状及发展对策

摘要
从录井资料采集、资料处理、解释与评价、装备与软件、录井信息等方面总结了中国录井技术发展现状,以及录井技术在勘探开发中对油气水层的及时发现与准确评价、钻井提速、区域地质研究、井位优选方面所做的贡献,全面分析了行业发展针对复杂油气藏评价、钻井新技术的应用、管理因素制约、国际市场竞争所面临的挑战。强调了做好行业发展规划、建立有效的科研体系、加快科学技术进步、加强录井学科建设、注重录井人才培养、夯实行业发展基础的重要性,提出了积极推进管理体制改革、加强录井技术交流与合作、拓宽企业发展空间、实施国际化战略、强化行业自律等行业可持续发展对策,总结出加速9项成熟录井技术推广,攻关研究与完善实时流体分析、工程预警、非烃检测、硫离子检测、光谱检测和钻具振动频谱分析6项技术,探索随钻井下气体检测、渗透膜、随钻地震监测和远程录井4项前沿技术的新思路。
From mud logging data acquisition,data processing,interpretation and evaluation,equipment,software and mud logging information etc.,the authors summarized the development status of Chinese mud logging techniques,and the contributions that mud logging technology made in speeding up drilling,regional geological research,well location optimization etc.with timely detection and accurate evaluation of oil,gas and water layers,a comprehensive analysis was made to the challenges faced by mud logging technology in aspects of the complex hydrocarbon reservoirs evaluation,the application of new drilling technology,management factors restriction and competition in the international market.The authors proposed to make a better mud logging development plan,establish an effective research & development system,accelerate the progress of science & technology,strengthen the construction of mud logging disciplines,pay attention to mud logging personnel training,consolidate the development base of mud logging,actively promoted the reform of management system,strengthen the exchanges and cooperation of mud logging techniques,expand the space of enterprise development,implement the international strategy,strengthen mud logging self-discipline and the other sustainable development strategies in mud logging,summed up 9 mature mud logging techniques which need to accelerate popularization,research & study and improvement of real-time fluid analysis,engineering warning,non-hydrocarbon detection,sulfide ions detection,spectroscopy detection and drilling tools vibration spectrum analysis,and explored the new ideas of the downhole gas detection technology while drilling,permeable membrane,seismic monitoring while drilling and remote mud logging technology.
