电容式倾斜传感器在地壳形变测量中的应用

摘要
为了满足钻孔倾斜测量灵敏度高、预调节范围大的要求,通过建立电容、微位移、微角度之间的正比关系,设计了RZB型电容式倾斜传感器。结合电机预调节平台,将此传感器集成于深井宽频带多分量钻孔应变仪中,在福建漳州台站实现安装。能记录到地球固体潮汐变化曲线、地震发生前地壳的异常变化和地震发生时的地震波,取得了良好的应用效果。
In order to meet the requirements of high sensitivity and large range of pre-conditioning for borehole tilt measurements through establishing direct proportional relationship of capacitor,micro-displacement and micro-perspective,RZB capacitive tilt sensor is designed.Combined with electric engine pre-conditioning platform,this sensor is integrated in deep well,wide-band multi-component borehole strain gauge and installed in Zhangzhou station,Fujian.Changes in the earth's tide curves,pre-earthquake crustal anomalies and seismic waves can be recorded at the time.This sensor had a good application effect.
