绝对累计速度CAV的标准算法及其对地震监测的影响

摘要
地震危及核电站安全,可能直接触发电站停堆。在抗震设计中现有的RG规范和AP1000都引入CAV(累积绝对速度),以排除非破坏性地震的误判。介绍CAV产生的背景,阐述CAV的概念和标准化算法,以实际地震时程数据作计算算例,并结合文献资料说明CAV有助于准确判别地震对于核电站的破坏影响。
Earthquake is fatal to the nuclear power plants.It can directly lead to plant shutdown.Currently,the Cumulative Absolute Concept(CAV) has been employed in both RG code and AP1000 code for anti-seismic design in order to exclude the non-destructive earthquake.In this article,the background and concept of the CAV were introduced,and its standardized algorithm was elaborated.A computation example with the standardized CAV algorithm was provided using the time-historical data of an earthquake.The result of computation was employed to illustrate that the CAV is helpful to evaluate the destructive effect of the earthquake on the nuclear power plants.
