砌体建筑抗震设计及加固新方法

摘要
介绍了美国砌体建筑物地震评估及加固方面的新发展, 以及美国新近推荐采用的基于使用功能的砌体抗震规范, 并与中国目前采用的多层砌体房屋的抗震设计规范作比较。指出在砌体抗震设计及加固中, 提高它的塑性变形能力与提高它的强度同样重要。
This paper describes the new code for seismic design and strengthening of masonry buildings in the United States in contrast with that in our country. The new code is different from the previous strength based masonry seismic codes. Instead, it is the first consideration based on performance levels. An overview of the evaluation and retrofit methods for masonry structures is given. This paper focuses on the importance of enhancing both the masonry building's strength and deformation capacity. It will give some suggestion to the future masonry seismic code of our nation.
