摘要

论述了地震灾害对人类和社会的危害 ,以及对经济发展的影响 ,阐明了防震减灾与经济发展的辩证关系 ,提出了防震减灾要讲求对策 ,指出只有采取正确的措施 ,才能取得减灾实效
The harm to human and society by the earthquake disasters and its influence to the economic development are introduced. The relation between earthquake disaster prevention and economic development is discussed. The conclusion is that it is very important to make the correct countermeasures for earthquake disaster prevention. Only by taking correct countermeasures can the earthquake disaster prevention be done well.
