大型地质灾害救灾过程防雷技术研究

摘要
以5.12汶川地震为例,介绍了大型地质灾害发生后的救灾过程中,灾区建筑、设备和人员的雷电防护技术,阐明了地震灾区的雷电危险性和现代救灾的特殊性,重点研究了灾区过渡性板房和人员的防雷技术,为确保灾区人民的生命和财产安全,提出了科学有效的防范方法.
Take Wenchuan 5·12 earthquake in Sichuan Province in 2008 for example,introduced the techniques for lightning protection of the buildings,equipment and personnel in the disaster area after the large-scale geological disasters.First of all,lightning risks and the special nature of the modern disaster relief,and then focus on lightning protection of the transitional board room and the people and requirements,to ensure people's lives in the disaster area and property safety,and to provide scientific and effective preventive measures.
