MEMS数字检波器技术特点及应用效果分析

摘要
基于MEMS(微电子机械系统)技术的数字检波器优势明显。其重量轻、畸变低、动态范围可达120dB,因此能够记录来自地下反射界面非常微弱的低电平信号;并且由于数字检波器直接输出数字信号,抗干扰能力强,不受外界电磁信号的干扰,从而保证了地震资料的高分辨率和高保真度。本文首先对比分析了模拟检波器和基于MEMS技术的数字检波器的技术特点,强调了新一代基于MEMS技术的数字检波器(以Sercel的数字检波器DSU为例)给地震勘探带来的巨大优势;然后结合实际,对比分析了使用数字检波器与模拟检波器采集地震资料的优劣;最后总结了当前利用MEMS数字检波器进行高密度地震勘探的注意事项。
Since its light weight,low distortion and wide dynamic range(reach to 120dB),more and more advantages of digital sensor(DSU)based on MEMS technology had been proven and DSU can record weak low level signals.Also because it can output digital signal directly and have less anti-interference to be free from external electromagnetic effect,thus high resolution and fidelity of seismic data are achieved.Firstly,this article compared the technology features of analog sensors and MEMS-based digital sensor,described the big advantages of new generation of MEMS-Based digital sensors for seismic exploration.Then this paper based on the actual seismic data for further comparative analysis and applications.Finally summarizes the current matters need attention of MEMS digital sensor for high density seismic operation.
