高温高压深井微地震监测用声源发生装置研制与应用

摘要
采用电缆传输爆炸式声源发生装置进行井下爆炸作业,可为微地震检测提供一种有效的人工震源。针对超高温超高压超深井即"三超井"微地震监测作业,常规声源发生器存在耐温、耐压以及井下可能掉物等不足。为此,研制了一种新型的声源发生装置,该装置由声源发生器和保护外套组成,耐压140 MPa;同时应用研究了相关爆炸物品性能和入井管串设计,选择了超高温炸药(HNS,200℃),在入井管串中引入安全防爆装置,达到了"先电气,后火工"的安全原则。该新型声源发生装置解决了常规声源发生装置在"三超"井中应用诸多不足,通过推广应用表明了该声源发生装置的经济实用性。
Explosive device conveyed by wireline is an effective man- made explosion for Micro- seismic monitoring. About micro- seismic monitoring in ultra high temperature &pressure deep wells,conventional explosive devices have some shortcomings,including temperature resistance,pressure resistance and down- hole fishing. In order to solve these problems,a new explosive device was developed,which contains explosive generator and protective sleeve,and the working pressure is high up 140 MPa. The performance of ultra high temperature explosivematerials( HNS,200℃) and safety explosion- proof device were studied,a new down- hole string was designed. Field application results showed that the new device could solve the existent problems of conventional explosive devices,and had good economical practicability.
