我国地震监测观测仪器行业标准存在问题及解决办法探讨

摘要
目前,国内地震监测仪器行业领域的自然地震观测仪器、强震仪器中所采用的地震计存在传感精确度低、传感频率范围小、使用环境温度范围窄、工作性能不稳定的问题。同时,国内制定的行业计量检测质量标准偏低,计量检测手段方法存在一定的缺陷和不足,大大限制了地震监测观测仪器的传感效果,无法对地震进行有效预测、预警、预报。文章对上述问题进行探讨,并结合高精度智能象限地震测试仪的特点和优势,寻找解决之道。
The following problems are existed in the natural earthquake monitoring instruments and strong motion monitoring instruments in China' s earthquake monitoring instrument industry:the sensing precision is low,the sensing frequency extension is small,the ambient temperature is limited and the performance is unstable.The measurement test industry standard is low in China;the measurement methods are defective or inadequate,which have gready restricted the sensing effect of earthquake monitoring instruments.This paper discusses these problems,puts forward their solutions through the combination of the features and advantages of high precision intelligent quadrant earthquake instruments.
