刍议地震系统档案信息网站建设

摘要
随着档案信息化水平的不断发展与进步,互联网络技术的日臻成熟,在办公室上网查阅档案已成为广大阅档者的需求和全国地震系统档案部门共同关注的课题。山东省地震局于2012年完成了档案信息网的建设,并进入了试运行阶段。本文对建立档案网站的目的和意义进行了论述,并通过建站实施过程,对栏目设置及档案网站存在的问题等几方面进行了探讨。指出地震系统实施档案信息网站建设是必然趋势,它可为防震减灾工作提供多元化的档案信息平台,促进全系统档案资源共享和地震档案工作的开发利用,并为均衡发展提供思路。
With the continuous progress of archives informatization level and the gradual perfection of the internet technology,accessing to archives by internet in office has become the requirement of the general archive readers and also the common topics of the archives department of national seismic system.Earthquake Administration of Shandong Province established the archives information website in 2012,and now turns it into trial operation step.The purpose and significance of establishing work of the website is discussed in this paper.The column setting and the existing deficiency during the process of website establishing is also discussed.It is pointed out that the establishing of archives information website is the inexorable trend,and this will work for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction by providing diversified archives information platform,and provides a thought for promoting system-wide archives resource sharing and earthquake archives exploitation,utilization,and balanced developing.
