摘要

次生灾害一般表现不明显 ,它的破坏往往也不直接 ,所造成的损失人们也难于准确估算 ,因此容易被人们所忽视 ,但灾害却是实实在在存在的 ,它的危害和造成的损失 ,从某种程度上看是巨大的。文章分析了姚安、大姚“1 .1 5”地震后次生灾害的种类和性质 ,提出了几点影响两县经济发展的治理方法和建议
The inferior disaster is not very obvious. Its destruction is not direct and its damage is hard to evaluate, thus it is easily ignored. Yet the disaster does exist. Its harm and loss is serious from some extent. The authors analyzed the types and the qualities of the inferior disaster of "January ,15th" Earthquake in Yao'an and Dayao counties, and proposed some countermeasure and suggestions on the economic development of the two counties.
