《地震勘探爆炸安全规程》应用分析

摘要
通过借鉴矿山爆破被爆岩体的自由面、最小抵抗线、起爆方式、堵塞等技术参数,研究制定了地震勘探爆炸工作中爆炸物品使用标准、起爆方式、炮井距边坡安全距离、炮井堵塞、组合爆炸时起爆网络连接方式、炮井安全深度、起爆时人员失误、设备故障安全功能设计等七项补充安全技术条件,有效防止了地震勘探生产过程中出现的爆炸飞溅物伤人、充水炮孔冲天水柱触电、山区边坡炮孔炸塌田坎、岩壁等事故,论证了地震勘探爆炸安全规程(GB 12950-91)在实际应用过程中所存在的问题,以及地震勘探爆炸安全生产应具备的技术条件,提出了对《地震勘探爆炸安全规程》进行修订的建议。
By referencing the technical parameters of blasted rock in mine blasting,such as free surface,the minimal resistance line,detonation mode,and plugging etc,several additional safety technical conditions in the seismic exploration blasting were studied and formulated,including using standard of explosives,detonating manner,safe distance from the uphole to slope,uphole plugging,connection manner of detonating network in combinatorial explosion,uphole safe depth,human error in detonating,and equipment failure safety function design etc.,which can effectively prevent the accidents in seismic exploration and production process,like explosive spatter wounding,electric shock by towering column of water in water-filled hole,ridge and rock wall collapse by blasting in uphole of mountain slope. The existing defects in the practical application process of Safety regulations for seismic exploration blasting practices( GB 12950-91) were revealed,the technical conditions that work safety of seismic exploration blasting should have and the application value were demonstrated,and the suggestion to revise Safety regulations for seismic exploration blasting practices was put forward.
