SeisMIS地震烈度速报信息发布系统的设计与应用

摘要
针对地震信息系统应当在大地震发生后快速发布地震烈度速报信息的需求,结合国际烈度速报信息发布系统建设经验,设计并实现SeisMIS地震烈度速报信息发布系统,并在成都市烈度速报台网中进行应用,对于提升地震烈度速报信息的网络化应用有较好的参考价值。
In this paper,according to the needs that the earthquake information system,which contains the information of seismic intensity level speed,should be released quickly after the earthquake.And combined with the construction experience of international intensity preliminary information release system,we design and implement the information distribution system,SeisMIS,which could quickly report the seismic intensity.Examples,in Chengdu intensity breaking news station network,for enhancing the networked applications of Seismic intensity quick report information have a good reference value.
