摘要

本文选择地震重点监视防御区作为试点，给出了震后灾害损失盲场快速评估的一种技术思路及其计算机软件系统。该系统在确定了地震震级、震中位置和发震时间等参数后，可快速给出整个鲁南地震重点监视防御区内地震造成的经济损失和人员作伤亡的初步预估。作为示例，文中假定该区内某地点发生了一次破坏性地震，并给出了震害的快速评估结果。
A technical idea and corresponding software to assess quickly the seismic disasterloss off the site in a seismic stress observed area, have been obtained. the software can quick-ly give a preliminary assessment of economical loss and casualty in the Seismic Stress Ob-served Area of Southern Shandong Province, as soon as the magnitude, the epicenter locationand occurrence time of the earthquake are determined. As a example, it supposed a destruc-tive earthquake happening in the area and gave out a quick assessment of the seismic disas-ter.
