基于地震烈度速报信息的地震损失评估系统设计与实现

摘要
地震烈度速报数据所含信息量丰富,涵盖地震仪器实测峰值加速度(PGA)信息、地震烈度衰减信息、场地影响因子校正信息等。将地震烈度速报信息应用于灾情评估中,可提高评估结果的精确性。对地震应急基础数据库中部分数据进行格网化处理,在已有易损性模型和地震损失评估模型研究的基础上,采用地理数据服务(Geodata Services)技术获取烈度速报信息数据,开发了基于地震烈度速报信息的地震损失评估系统。
Seismic intensity rapid report data contain rich information,including the information of earthquake peak ground acceleration(PGA) measured by seismic instruments,attenuation of seismic intensity,site impact factor correction and so on.Integrating the seismic intensity rapid report data into the disaster assessment system could enhance the accuracy of the assessment results.On the basis of the existing vulnerability model and the earthquake losses assessment model,this study processed some data of the earthquake emergency database into grids format,accessed the seismic intensity rapid report data by employing the Geodata Services,and developed an earthquake loss estimation system based on the seismic intensity rapid report information.
