摘要

随着信息时代的到来 ,地震系统已实现了网上公文运转 ,传统的文件、档案管理办法已不能适应。本文以《中国地震局归档文件整理办法》在地球所的试点为例 ,论述了对归档文件的整理办法改革的必要性及存在的问题等
With the coming of information era,transmission of official documents has been realized on network in seismological system,and traditional methods of document and archive managements can not meet the needs of the times.The paper,regarding experiments of Institute of Geophysics,CSB as an example,expounds the necessity of the reformation of regulation methods of filing documents and existing problems.
