摘要

本文对地震应急卫星通信系统进行了简要介绍。针对系统运行过程中遇到的远端小站的各类故障进行了诊断分析。文中主要通过介绍设备状态及链路层状态两方面,来对如何解决此类故障问题提出了处理方案。
In this paper, we briefly introduce the earthquake emergency satellite communication system, and discuss the fault diagnosis and analysis for remote station during the system operation. Finally we propose a technique to deal with this kind of problems through introducing the equipment status and linking layer status.
