1902年阿图什81/4级地震前后地震活动特征

摘要
分析了1902年8月22日新疆阿图什81/4级大震的序列及大震前后地震活动时空演化特征。结果表明:该震是主-余震型,持续时间长,最大强余震7.3级,发生在主震后9天,位于主震东部约70 km处。震前地震活动异常特征存在3个阶段。长期趋势异常明显,震中周围较大范围形成较明显的地震增强区,活动水平高。中期阶段震源区附近6级地震增强,并向震源区逼近。震前4年从震源区至新疆大范围无MS≥6地震发生,该震发生在新疆及周边地震平静背景下。该震的发生对帕米尔东北侧地震活动的影响是明显的,震后43年震中周围的帕米尔东北侧基本无MS≥6地震发生,至今震中附近5级地震少有发生。
The authors analyzed the space-time evolution characteristics of earthquake sequence and seismic activity before and after Atushi M81/4 earthquake on Aug.22,1902.The result showed that the earthquake was main shock-after shock sequence type and the duration was very long;the strongest after-shock occurred in 9 days after the main-shock,being located in the east about 70 km from the main-shock.There were 3 seismic activity anomaly period.The long term trends anomaly was very obvious,seismic activity level was high and seismic activity increasing region existed in a wide range around the main shock.In the mid-term period,MS≥6 earthquakes activity increased near the focal area and pressed on toward the focal area.There was no MS≥6 earthquake from the focal area to wide range in Xinjiang for 4 years before the earthquake which occurred under the seismically quiet background in Xinjiang and its adjacent area.The earthquake occurring influenced seismic activity in the northeast side of Pamir evidently and there was no MS≥6 earthquake around the epicenter for 43 years in the northeast side of Pamir,MS≥5 earthquake occurred near the epicenter rarely up to now.
