摘要

介绍了天津市地震应急指挥技术系统的作用,对开发地震灾害快速评估结果检索软件的必要性进行分析,根据分析结果及现有数据库表结构确定系统架构,完成详细设计。地震应急期间,可通过快速检索查阅相关的历史评估记录来提高应急响应速度,弥补系统运算不稳定的不足。
In his article,the Tianjin earthquake emergency command technology system is introduced and the necessity of developing a result retrieving software for retrieving results of earthquake disaster rapid assessment is analyzed.The system architecture is established according to the results of analysis and the exiting data structure,and then the detailed design is completed.During the earthquake emergency,retrieving historical assessment record using the result retrieving software can improve emergency response speed,thus make up for the deficiency of the unstable system running.
