面向智能应急的地震应急决策知识

摘要
通过分析目前地震应急工作的不足,提出了地震应急决策知识的概念。论述了地震应急决策知识的应用需求,给出了地震应急决策知识的定义并介绍了其来源。结合目前地震应急工作内容,阐述了常用的地震应急决策知识,包括:应急基本信息与术语类知识、灾情预估类知识、应急辅助决策类知识和应急搜救指挥决策类知识等。为实现地震应急决策知识的计算机智能应用,提出了地震应急决策知识体系模型,并分别描述了该体系中每种地震应急决策知识的内容及其应用,从而为智能地震应急提供支持。
Through the analysis of the weakness of earthquake emergency work,this paper puts forward the concept of earthquake emergency decision knowledge,expounds the application need of the knowledge,gave the definition of the knowledge and introduced the source of the knowledge.According to current earthquake emergency work content,the often used earthquake emergency knowledge was described,which includes emergency basic information and terminology type knowledge,disaster information evaluation type knowledge,emergency aided decision type knowledge and emergency search and rescue command type knowledge.In order to realize the computer intelligent application of the knowledge,a knowledge system modeling was proposed.Then the content and application of each type of knowledge were described.In a word,this work provides support to intelligent earthquake emergency.
