摘要

通过介绍地震救援现场灾情信息汇集和共享系统的工作原理、功能模块的设计过程、开发环境、系统的部署及实例,以及系统应用前景等,指出该系统能较好地实现地震现场灾情信息的快速收集、上报、关键信息特征的识别等功能,并能共享和充分利用现场信息。
Based on the introduction of the working principle of the disaster information collection and sharing system,the design of function modules,development environment,the deploy and case of the system and the promising application of the system and so on,the paper pointed out that the system can realize these functions in the earthquake rescue spot,such as: disaster situation information collection,uploading,identification of key-information,sharing and utilization the spot information and so on.
