摘要

对快速轨道交通地震应急管理体系的组成和地震应急的措施进行了研究,其内容包括震前的应急准备工作、震后的应急响应措施和恢复运营手段。根据我国快速轨道交通地震预警系统和地震应急管理体系的现状,以及笔者在研究工作中得到的启示,就如何做好快速轨道交通地震减灾工作提出一些建议。
Construction of earthquake emergency management system for rapid rail transit is studied.It includes prevention emergency preparedness before the earthquake,earthquake rescue and relief of emergency measures.Finally,we made a number of recommendations according to construction of China's seismic monitoring and early-warning systems and earthquake emergency management system of rapid rail transit,as well as the inspiration of the authors in the study on how to do the work for earthquake disaster reduction in rapid rail transit.
