水电开发与地震灾害防治

摘要
我国水坝、水电站经受住了汶川大地震的考验这一历史事实,表明我国水坝、水电站的设计规范是科学的,施工时可靠的,大坝是安全的。分析了汶川大地震发生的原因,并详细分析了水库对地震的影响,结果表明,水库触发了地震却有利于地震能量的提前释放,因此,不仅地震高发区可以建设大型水电站,而且,越是地震高度危险的地区,越应该考虑变成水电站的淹没库区,以便最大限度的减少大地震带来的损失。
Dams and hydropower stations stood the test of Wenchuan earthquake, it shows that the designs of hydropower stations and dams are scientific, constructions are reliable, and dams are safe. The cause of Wenchuan earthquake is analyzed, and the influence of reserviors on earthquake is discussed. Results show that reservior induces earthquake, but reservior helps to release the energy of earthquake earlier. So large-scale hydropower can be built in the earthquake-prone areas, the more high-risk earthquake areas, the more reservoir area of the flood should be considered in where in order to minimize the losses caused by earthquake.
