基于VGI的地震灾情收集研究

摘要
通过对VGI特征的介绍,说明了基于VGI的地震灾情收集的意义与方法。论述了基于VGI的地震灾情收集流程。对灾情信息进行分类,说明了基于VGI的地震灾情收集意义。为完善基于VGI的地震灾情收集理论体系,描述了基于VGI的地震灾情信息上传、储存、发布和管理方法,并对VGI地震灾情信息规范以及目前基于VGI的地震灾情收集存在的问题与发展趋势进行了讨论,为地震灾情信息指挥决策及信息发布提供了可靠的基础信息。
Through the introduction to VGI characteristics,illustrated the significance and method of earthquake disaster information,and VGI- based collection process of earthquake disaster information was discussed. Classified earthquake disaster information and illustrated the significance of collection of earthquake disaster information based on VGI. To perfect the theory system of it,VGI- based upload,storage,release,management methods were described. VGI- based information specification of earthquake disaster information,current VGI- based collection of earthquake disaster information problems and trends were discussed,so as to lay a reliable foundation for earthquake emergency decision- making and disaster information publishes.
