摘要

研制了地震信息基于手机短信息发布软件,实现了在进行网络速报的同时,进行短消息的自动发布。本文介绍了手机短消息的软硬件实现方法,并实例介绍了PDU串的具体格式和编码的实现方法。
The software for earthquake information issuance on mobile telephone short message was developed. It is achieved that the mobile telephone short message about earthquake information is auto-issued when the earthquake quick report is processing through network. In this paper, the implementation method using software and hardware to achieve mobile telephone short message issuance was introduced, meanwhile the specific format for PDU string and the encoding method were detailed introduced with examples.
