四川省大中型水电站库区地震监测经验及启示

摘要
四川省内金沙江流域、雅砻江流域、大渡河流域的地质条件复杂,大型、巨型梯级电站数量多,密度大,对流域梯级水电站的水库诱发地震应引起高度重视。加强库区和周边地区的日常地震监测与预测工作是防震减灾的基础性工作之一。尤其是汶川8.0级特大地震、芦山7.0级强烈地震发生以后,水库地震监测单位及时将地震监测结果和地震预测建议向政府报告,为政府及时启动应急预案提供参考依据,可以有效地减轻地震造成的直接或间接损失。
In Sichuan Province the geographical conditions are very complex and many seismic faults distribute.Three main rivers pass through this region. Strong earthquakes,such as the 2008 M8. 0 Wenchuan earthquake and the 2013 M7. 0 Lushan earthquakes,occur often. The cascade hydropower stations have been or will be built up around Jingshajiang,Yalongjiang and Daduhe river basins with high density. According to the basic conditions of high earthquake risk,the seismic monitoring on these cascade hydropower stations becomes very important. The seismic monitoring works of the dam areas and the earthquake information communicating with the government departments well are of helpful to reducing the loss from earthquake disasters.
