石墨砖碰撞动力学特性实验研究

摘要
为了研究高温气冷堆中堆芯结构材料制成的石墨砖在地震等载荷作用下的碰撞行为,采用高速光学采集系统拍摄石墨砖的碰撞过程,利用图像处理算法获取碰撞前后的速度、碰撞恢复系数和接触时间等参数,研究了石墨砖在碰撞过程中的动力学响应特性。研究结果表明,碰撞恢复系数随碰撞速度的增大而增大,碰撞接触时间随碰撞速度的增大而减小。
Under the seismic load or other loads,the collision between graphite bricks which are used as structural components in high temperature gas-cooled reactors(HTGRs) will happen.In order to study the collision behavior of graphite bricks,a collision test apparatus of two large specimens was achieved by a track-type device,and the velocity,the coefficient of restitution and contact time were measured by a high-speed image capturing system and the optical experiment measurement.The relations between kinetic parameters and collision velocities were obtained.The experimental results show that the coefficient of resti-tution was increased with the rise of the collision velocity,but the contact time was decreased with the rise of the collision velocity.
