汶川地震重灾区历史古迹受损应急评估及保护对策

摘要
鉴于汶川地震重灾区灾后恢复重建工作的紧迫性及历史古迹受损评价方法的缺失,对灾后重点文物保护单位展开了应急评估。评估结论显示:重点文物保护单位受损程度及分布特征受地区文物保护单位富集程度及其与地震带空间关系控制。为保护地震受损历史古迹,提出了实施灾后历史古迹普查、积极做好次生灾害防御工作、建立分级保护体系等五项对策。研究结论有利于补充震后旅游恢复重建研究的不足,使城建恢复重建规划能够有效实施,为灾后旅游恢复重建和高烈度山区文物古迹保护提供参考。
Considering the fact that reconstruction work is urgent in the most severely earthquake stricken area and there is not any proper method for the assessment of those damaged historic sites,the Damages Urgent Assessment(DUA) mechanism had been applied to the study area.The overall structure integrity,integrity of the key components of the structure,integrity of the key protection units are three indexes used for convenient and fast assessment of those damaged historic sites.The finding shows that the distribution and damages of the key historic sites had been obviously related with two factors,thus the number of historic sites and spatial relationship between particular area and earthquake stricken region.Some five countermeasures have been carried out for bettering the protection work of historic sites,namely,extensive investigation,post-quake disaster prevention,hierarchic protection system.The research finding would hopefully provide some significant references for the protection work of historic sites,revitalization of the development of tourism industry and ultimately the reconstruction work of the most severely hit area after the quake.
