摘要

在汶川与阪神的大地震中,中日两国政府和人民表现出了不同凡响的勇气和智慧。回顾这两段难忘的岁月,比较两国抗震救灾的悲壮过程,不难看出日本国民在法制化、科技化抗灾和民众自救方面的长足进步,也能体会到中国政府和民众在集约化抗震与突击性救助以及各民族亲和共渡难关的动人举措。痛定思痛的平议,有助于中日两国在应对大震方法方面取长补短,为建设行之有效的防震抗震体系而取精用弘。
The governments and people of China and Japan both showed extraordinary courage and wisdom respectively when earthquake happened in Wenchuan and Hanshin.A review of the unforgettable time and a comparison of the tragic course between the earthquake relief of the two countries make us to understand the considerable growth of the juridification,the technology in earthquake fighting and relief and people's self-help in Japan and also make us to understand the measures taken by Chinese government and people through intensive earthquake fighting,speedy salvation and being united as one to weather the hard times. An objective discuss can help us to make up for each other's deficiencies of the two countries in measures coping with earthquakes and absorb what is the best to build an effective system against earthquakes.
